Finally! It happened. One of our chickens laid an egg! We told Ethan he would be able to be the first to get the egg. He takes such good care of the chickens. He goes to the chicken coop multiple times a day. Pets them, and feeds them grass and scraps. When we told him there was an egg the excitement on his face was priceless!

That is so cool! I am jealous. I can't wait until we can have our own chickens. There is a documentary that you really need to watch called Food, Inc. Very eye opening. Makes me want to have all our own animals!
